Lulu Ladies We are a bunch of Mums who enjoy getting together for a great workout on most mornings and having a coffee afterwards. Sometimes your workout is the only thing you accomplish for the day but at least it helps you and your baby at the same time. For the first year until your child walk and talks it can be difficult to meet people since your child does not have the social interaction to make a connection with someone else.
